 BLS Healthcare Provider / CPR / First Aid Courses

For those who do not like the large overstuffed classrooms or can't make the time that your facility offered the course. For thoses needing to renew or obtain their certification in order to work. To those who want to feel confident when you walk out of the classroom. HEARTSAVER can be a resource to you.

Alegent Health and Creighton students and staff may use HEARTSAVER as a resource for those students that are expired or about to expire. In some cases when a student learns that they are expired, some students are unable to attend or get into a classes at their facility. 

Instructor his personally performed CPR on adults, children and infants, on the streets and on a rescue squad. Instructor will be able to give you some ideas on what to expect in the real world.   (Keeping it Real)

• HEARTSAVER can provide a class for those needing the BLS Healthcare Provider initial or renewal course or any other the courses in a timely manner.

• HEARTSAVER provides one-on-one training or small group training for personalized and quality training. A lot of hands on training.

• At least 4 students and space will be required for training to be done at a local business or facility.

• The dates and time are flexible to accommodate the students.

(AED) Automated External Defibrillator will be included with the Heartsaver CPR with no additional cost to you.You will be shown and trained with 3 types of AED's

Healthcare Provider (BLS) Basic Life Support (Initial or Renewal)

Combination Pediatric First Aid with CPR including the use of the AED

The American Heart Association courses are the most recognized and accepted by businesses and medical community. All of these courses are from the American Heart Association with a 2 year Certification. American Heart Association course completion card will be issued to those who have sucessfully completed the course. Be aware that the local medical facilities may only accept the American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card for the Basic Life Support requirement.

HEARTSAVER  goes through a EMS Training  Coordinator and uses the American Heart Association training material.
